Shipping, Delivery & Jurisdiction Policy
Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC (“VI Exotics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to fulfilling orders responsibly and only where we determine that the applicable product and method of fulfilment are permitted.
Product availability, shipping eligibility, and delivery options may vary based on destination, applicable law, carrier requirements, and other compliance considerations.
Shipping Availability
VI Exotics may ship eligible products to destinations within the United States where we determine shipment of the applicable product is permitted under applicable federal, state, territorial, and local requirements.
VI Exotics does not ship every product to every jurisdiction.
Availability in one jurisdiction does not mean that the same product is available or eligible for shipment to another jurisdiction.
Shipping destinations may be added, restricted, suspended, or removed as laws, regulations, regulatory interpretations, enforcement conditions, or carrier requirements change.
Restricted Jurisdictions
VI Exotics maintains internal restrictions concerning jurisdictions to which particular products may or may not be shipped.
These restrictions may be more conservative than the minimum requirements of applicable law.
VI Exotics reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refuse shipment to any state, territory, locality, ZIP code, address, or other destination when we determine that fulfilment may present a legal, regulatory, carrier, compliance, fraud, or safety concern.
A customer's ability to request information or communicate with VI Exotics does not establish that a product is available for shipment to that customer's location.
Changes in Law
Laws governing hemp, THCa, cannabinoids, and hemp-derived products continue to change at the federal, state, territorial, and local levels.
A destination that is eligible for shipment at one time may later become restricted.
VI Exotics may modify shipping availability without prior notice when necessary to respond to changes in law, regulation, regulatory interpretation, enforcement practices, carrier policies, or our internal compliance standards.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order, requesting a product, receiving availability information, making contact with VI Exotics, or submitting payment does not by itself guarantee acceptance or shipment.
VI Exotics reserves the right to review an order before fulfilment.
An order may be declined or cancelled when we determine that the product cannot or should not be shipped to the requested destination.
If VI Exotics cancels an order before fulfilment because the destination is restricted, any amount paid for products that will not be fulfilled will be handled in accordance with our applicable refund policy.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information and for ensuring that they are legally permitted to receive and possess the applicable product at the requested destination.
Customers may not knowingly request shipment to an address for the purpose of forwarding, transporting, transferring, or redirecting a product into a jurisdiction where that product is prohibited.
VI Exotics does not authorize customers to circumvent geographic restrictions.
Age-Restricted Shipments
VI Exotics products are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older.
Age or identity verification may be required before an order is accepted, shipped, delivered, or released to a recipient.

Shipping Carriers
VI Exotics may use available shipping carriers and services based on destination, product eligibility, service availability, applicable requirements, and business considerations.
Carrier availability is not a representation that a particular product is lawful in every destination serviced by that carrier.
VI Exotics may change carriers or shipping methods when appropriate.
Shipping Documentation
Where appropriate, VI Exotics shipments may include or provide access to product documentation, batch information, Certificates of Analysis, compliance information, or other records associated with the products being shipped.
Customers should retain original product packaging and applicable documentation where appropriate.
Processing & Estimated Delivery
Processing and transit times may vary depending on order volume, destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, regulatory considerations, and other circumstances.
Any delivery date or transit estimate provided by VI Exotics or a shipping carrier is an estimate and not a guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.
VI Exotics is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after a shipment has been accepted by the applicable carrier.
Tracking information is generated or updated by the carrier and may not always reflect a shipment's location in real time.
Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
VI Exotics is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returns, or losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.
Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused shipment, unsuccessful delivery, or requested reshipment may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Shipments
Customers should contact VI Exotics promptly if a shipment appears to have been lost, arrives materially damaged, or contains an incorrect or missing item.
VI Exotics may require photographs, packaging information, tracking information, or other documentation reasonably necessary to investigate a claim.
Resolution of eligible claims will be handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and any applicable carrier procedures.
Local Delivery
Where permitted and available, VI Exotics may offer local delivery separately from carrier-based shipping.
Local delivery availability depends on the service area, applicable law, product eligibility, age requirements, and current VI Exotics operations.
The existence of a local-delivery option does not guarantee that every product can legally be delivered within a particular jurisdiction.
Government-issued identification or other age verification may be required before an age-restricted product is released.
U.S. Virgin Islands
Availability of products for local sale, delivery, pickup, or other distribution within the U.S. Virgin Islands is subject to applicable Virgin Islands law and regulatory requirements in effect at the time of the transaction.
The availability of shipping to other U.S. jurisdictions should not be interpreted as establishing that the same product is available for local sale or delivery within the Virgin Islands.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
A shipment may be returned, refused, or considered undeliverable for reasons including an incorrect address, inability to complete required age verification, carrier restrictions, refusal by the recipient, or other delivery-related circumstances.
Refunds, reshipments, and additional shipping charges associated with such shipments will be determined under our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.
Compliance Takes Priority
VI Exotics reserves the right to delay, refuse, restrict, or cancel fulfilment when reasonably necessary to address a legal or compliance concern.
Compliance takes priority over completing a transaction.
Policy Updates
VI Exotics may modify this policy to reflect changes in applicable law, shipping availability, carrier requirements, delivery practices, service areas, or our business operations.
