Product Compliance Policy
Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC (“VI Exotics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to operating responsibly and in accordance with applicable federal, state, territorial, and local laws governing hemp, THCa, cannabinoids, product availability, shipping, delivery, possession, and sale.
This policy explains the compliance principles that guide product access and fulfilment through VI Exotics.
Hemp & THCa Products
VI Exotics specializes in premium hemp-derived flower and related products containing naturally occurring cannabinoids, including THCa.
Under current federal law, hemp is generally distinguished from marijuana based on its delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration and applicable legal definitions.
Hemp and cannabinoid laws are evolving rapidly, and individual states, territories, and local jurisdictions may impose definitions, restrictions, testing standards, age requirements, licensing requirements, product limitations, or prohibitions that differ from federal standards.
VI Exotics does not represent that every hemp or THCa product is lawful in every jurisdiction.
Compliance With Applicable Law
VI Exotics intends to offer, sell, ship, deliver, or otherwise provide products only where we determine that the applicable activity is permitted under relevant law and our internal compliance standards.
Product availability may depend on factors including:
- Federal law
- State law
- Territorial law
- Local law
- Regulatory requirements
- Product composition
- Laboratory results
- Customer age and eligibility
- Destination
- Shipping or carrier requirements
- Licensing or permitting requirements
- Current regulatory or enforcement conditions
VI Exotics may apply compliance standards that are more restrictive than the minimum requirements of a particular jurisdiction.
Request-Access Model
viexotics.com may operate primarily as an informational and access-request platform rather than a traditional public ecommerce storefront.
Products, selections, pricing, availability, and purchasing opportunities may be provided privately or by request and may not always be publicly displayed.
Contacting VI Exotics, submitting an access request, receiving product information, or receiving a private link does not guarantee that a product is available or that a transaction will be approved.
Access remains subject to age eligibility, product availability, destination, applicable law, regulatory requirements, and VI Exotics compliance review.
Product Availability
VI Exotics reserves the right to restrict, suspend, decline, delay, or discontinue access to any product or jurisdiction when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, compliance, carrier, safety, fraud-prevention, or business reasons.
A product being available in one jurisdiction does not mean that the same product is available in another jurisdiction.
Availability may change without prior notice as laws, regulations, regulatory interpretations, enforcement practices, or VI Exotics compliance standards change.
U.S. Virgin Islands
The U.S. Virgin Islands may impose requirements governing hemp, THCa, intoxicating hemp products, cannabinoids, licensing, testing, packaging, labeling, sale, delivery, possession, or distribution that differ from requirements in other jurisdictions.
Accordingly, availability for local sale, delivery, pickup, distribution, or other fulfilment within the U.S. Virgin Islands is subject to applicable Virgin Islands law and regulatory requirements in effect at the time of the transaction.
Access to viexotics.com, communication with VI Exotics, or availability of a product for shipment elsewhere does not guarantee that the same product is currently available for lawful local fulfilment within the Virgin Islands.
Laboratory Testing
VI Exotics uses batch-specific laboratory documentation and Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) where applicable to support product transparency and compliance review.
Laboratory documentation may include information concerning cannabinoid content and other product-specific analytical results.
Customers should review the laboratory documentation associated with the exact batch or lot they receive.

Compliance Labels & Product Documentation
VI Exotics products may contain batch-specific compliance information on product packaging or an applied compliance label.
Depending on the product and applicable requirements, information may include:
- Product or strain name
- Net weight
- Batch or lot identification
- THCa content
- Delta-9 THC content
- Additional cannabinoid information
- Laboratory or testing information
- QR code or reference to a Certificate of Analysis
- Additional information required by applicable law
Product labeling and laboratory documentation should be considered together when reviewing batch-specific information.
Shipping & Destination Restrictions
VI Exotics may ship eligible products only to destinations that we have determined are eligible for the applicable product and fulfilment method.
We may maintain internal jurisdiction restrictions that are not publicly displayed and may change those restrictions as laws or regulatory conditions change.
The fact that a carrier services a particular destination does not mean that VI Exotics will ship every product to that destination.

No Circumvention of Restrictions
Customers may not knowingly use VI Exotics products or services to circumvent applicable law or VI Exotics geographic restrictions.
Customers may not knowingly request shipment to one jurisdiction for the purpose of forwarding, transporting, transferring, or redirecting a product into a jurisdiction where the product is prohibited.
VI Exotics reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions that appear intended to circumvent jurisdictional or compliance restrictions.
Age Requirement
VI Exotics products are intended exclusively for persons 21 years of age or older.
VI Exotics may require age or identity verification before an order is approved, shipped, delivered, picked up, or otherwise released.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for determining whether they are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, transport, use, or otherwise handle a particular product in their jurisdiction.
VI Exotics does not provide individualized legal advice concerning a customer's particular location, employment, travel, transportation, or personal circumstances.
Customers should not transport products into jurisdictions where possession or transportation is prohibited.
Hemp Flower May Resemble Marijuana
Hemp flower may resemble marijuana in appearance, aroma, texture, packaging, or other characteristics.
Even when accompanied by laboratory documentation or product labeling, hemp flower may be inspected, questioned, delayed, detained, or otherwise reviewed by law-enforcement authorities, carriers, governmental agencies, or other third parties.
A Certificate of Analysis, QR code, compliance label, or other documentation does not guarantee that a product will never be inspected or questioned.
No Guarantee of Legal Status
Laboratory testing, labeling, packaging, or availability through VI Exotics does not independently guarantee that a product is lawful for every person, purpose, location, or method of transportation.
Laws involving hemp, THCa, cannabinoids, and related products may change quickly.
VI Exotics reserves the right to respond to those changes by modifying product availability, access procedures, shipping restrictions, delivery availability, documentation requirements, or other compliance practices.
No Medical Claims
VI Exotics does not market its products as intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information provided through viexotics.com, product packaging, laboratory documentation, communications, or other VI Exotics materials is provided for general informational and product-transparency purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice.

FDA Disclaimer
VI Exotics products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
Laboratory testing, Certificates of Analysis, cannabinoid information, QR codes, compliance documentation, or other product information do not constitute or imply FDA approval, certification, authorization, or endorsement.
Compliance Takes Priority
VI Exotics reserves the right to delay, restrict, refuse, or cancel access, sale, shipment, delivery, or fulfilment when reasonably necessary to address a legal or compliance concern.
Compliance takes priority over completing a transaction.
Policy Updates
VI Exotics may modify this policy to reflect changes in applicable law, regulations, regulatory guidance, enforcement conditions, product offerings, testing requirements, fulfilment practices, or VI Exotics business operations.
