Product Compliance Policy
Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC (“VI Exotics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to responsible product access, transparency, traceability, and compliance with applicable federal, state, territorial, and local law.
This policy explains the compliance principles VI Exotics uses when determining product classification, availability, access, shipping, delivery, and fulfillment.
PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION & APPLICABLE LAW
VI Exotics specializes in premium cannabis flower and related cannabinoid products.
Product classification is evaluated under the federal statutory and regulatory standards applicable at the relevant time, including 7 U.S.C. § 1639o, 21 U.S.C. § 802(16), and other applicable federal, state, territorial, and local requirements.
Certain VI Exotics products may naturally contain THCa, THC, and other cannabinoids. Classification is determined using the legal standards in effect at the time of review together with available batch-specific laboratory documentation, product composition, and other information reasonably relevant to compliance.
Federal classification does not independently establish that a product may lawfully be sold, shipped, delivered, possessed, transported, or used in every state, territory, or locality. Individual jurisdictions may impose additional or more restrictive requirements.
VI Exotics therefore determines product availability separately for each applicable jurisdiction and does not represent that every product is lawful or available in every location.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
VI Exotics determines product availability based on factors that may include applicable law, product composition, laboratory documentation, destination, age eligibility, regulatory requirements, licensing or permitting requirements, carrier restrictions, and VI Exotics compliance standards.
Availability in one jurisdiction does not guarantee availability in another.
VI Exotics may restrict, suspend, delay, decline, or discontinue access to a product or jurisdiction when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, compliance, carrier, safety, fraud-prevention, or business reasons.
Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as a representation or warranty that a particular product is lawful, available, or eligible for shipment, possession, transportation, or use in every jurisdiction.
PRIVATE ACCESS
viexotics.com may operate as an informational and access-request platform rather than a traditional public ecommerce storefront.
Selections, pricing, availability, and purchasing opportunities may be provided privately or by request and may not always be publicly displayed.
Submitting an access request, contacting VI Exotics, receiving product information, or receiving a private link does not guarantee product availability or approval of a transaction.
All access remains subject to eligibility, availability, destination, applicable requirements, and VI Exotics compliance review.
U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS
Product availability within the U.S. Virgin Islands is determined separately from availability for shipment to other jurisdictions.
Local sale, delivery, pickup, distribution, or other fulfillment is subject to applicable Virgin Islands law and regulatory requirements in effect at the time of the transaction.
Availability of a product elsewhere does not guarantee that the same product is available for local fulfillment within the Virgin Islands.
LABORATORY TESTING & TRACEABILITY
VI Exotics uses batch- or lot-specific laboratory documentation and Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”), where applicable, to support product transparency, traceability, and compliance review.
Laboratory documentation may contain cannabinoid concentrations and other analytical results associated with a particular product batch or lot.
Where cannabinoid composition is relevant to product classification, VI Exotics may use batch-specific laboratory documentation to evaluate the product under the federal, state, territorial, or local standards applicable at the time of review.
Customers should review the laboratory documentation associated with the specific batch or lot they receive.
Product packaging may include a batch or lot identifier, cannabinoid information, QR code, COA reference, net weight, or other information required or appropriate for the product and jurisdiction.

PRODUCT LABELING & DOCUMENTATION
VI Exotics products may contain batch- or lot-specific information on the product packaging or an applied compliance label.
Depending on the product and applicable requirements, information may include:

Product labeling and laboratory documentation should be considered together when reviewing batch-specific information.
References to federal statutes, regulations, laboratory results, COAs, product classifications, or other compliance documentation are provided for compliance and transparency purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular product is lawful in every jurisdiction.
SHIPPING & DESTINATION RESTRICTIONS
VI Exotics ships eligible products only to destinations we determine are eligible for the applicable product and fulfillment method.
Shipping availability may change as laws, regulations, carrier requirements, enforcement conditions, or VI Exotics compliance standards change.
The availability of carrier service to a particular destination does not mean every VI Exotics product is eligible for shipment there.
VI Exotics may maintain jurisdiction-specific restrictions that are not publicly displayed and may modify those restrictions when reasonably necessary.
Customers may not knowingly use VI Exotics products or services to circumvent geographic or legal restrictions, including by directing a product through one jurisdiction for the purpose of transferring, forwarding, or redirecting it into another jurisdiction where the product is prohibited.
VI Exotics may refuse or cancel transactions that reasonably appear intended to circumvent applicable restrictions.

21+ ONLY
VI Exotics products are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older.
Age or identity verification may be required before an order or transaction is approved, shipped, delivered, picked up, or otherwise released.
VI Exotics reserves the right to refuse access or fulfillment when applicable age or identity requirements cannot be satisfactorily completed.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION & RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must provide accurate information concerning age, identity, shipping destination, and other information reasonably requested for compliance purposes.
VI Exotics may rely on information provided by a customer unless we have reason to believe that information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise insufficient for compliance purposes.
Customers are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their purchase, receipt, possession, transportation, and use of VI Exotics products.
Customers should not transport products into jurisdictions where possession or transportation of those products is prohibited.
VI Exotics does not provide individualized legal advice concerning a customer's location, employment, travel, transportation, or personal circumstances.
CANNABIS FLOWER & THIRD-PARTY REVIEW
Cannabis flower may resemble other cannabis flower in appearance, aroma, texture, or other characteristics regardless of its legal classification.
Products may therefore be subject to inspection, questioning, delay, detention, or review by carriers, governmental authorities, law-enforcement agencies, or other third parties.
Laboratory documentation, COAs, QR codes, compliance labels, batch or lot identifiers, or other documentation support product identification, traceability, and transparency but do not independently guarantee legal status in every jurisdiction or prevent inspection or regulatory review.
NO GUARANTEE OF LEGAL STATUS
Product classification, laboratory testing, labeling, packaging, documentation, or availability through VI Exotics does not independently guarantee that a product is lawful for every person, purpose, location, destination, or method of transportation.
Cannabis and cannabinoid laws may change rapidly, and legal requirements may differ among jurisdictions.
VI Exotics reserves the right to respond to such changes by modifying product availability, jurisdiction restrictions, access procedures, shipping or delivery availability, documentation requirements, or other compliance practices.

VI Exotics does not market its products as intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

FDA DISCLAIMER
Federal classification of a cannabis or cannabinoid product does not eliminate or supersede the authority of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration over products otherwise subject to its jurisdiction.

COMPLIANCE TAKES PRIORITY
VI Exotics reserves the right to restrict, delay, refuse, suspend, or cancel product access, sale, shipment, delivery, pickup, or other fulfillment when reasonably necessary to address a legal, regulatory, safety, carrier, fraud-prevention, or compliance concern.
VI Exotics may request additional information or documentation, decline a transaction, or impose additional restrictions when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, carrier requirements, or VI Exotics compliance standards.
Compliance takes priority over completing a transaction.
CHANGES IN LAW
The legal framework governing cannabis, THCa, THC, cannabinoids, shipping, transportation, and product availability continues to evolve.
References in this policy to federal statutes, regulations, classifications, concentration standards, or other legal requirements mean those provisions as amended and in effect at the relevant time.
VI Exotics may modify product classification, availability, jurisdiction restrictions, testing or documentation requirements, fulfillment practices, or other compliance procedures when applicable legal standards change.
POLICY UPDATES
VI Exotics may modify this policy to reflect changes in applicable law, regulations, regulatory guidance, enforcement conditions, product offerings, testing requirements, fulfillment practices, or business operations.
