Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC (“VI Exotics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Product & Responsible Use Disclaimer to promote informed, lawful, and responsible use of VI Exotics products.

VI Exotics products are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older and should be possessed and used only where lawful.

CANNABIS & CANNABINOID PRODUCTS

VI Exotics may offer cannabis flower and other products containing naturally occurring cannabinoids.

Product composition, cannabinoid concentrations, legal classification, and other characteristics may vary by product, strain, batch, lot, and applicable jurisdiction.

Customers should review the applicable product information, compliance labeling, and batch-specific laboratory documentation before use.

Certain cannabis flower may naturally contain THCa.

When exposed to sufficient heat, THCa may undergo decarboxylation and convert into delta-9 THC.

As a result, products containing THCa may produce intoxicating or impairing effects when heated, smoked, vaporized, or otherwise used in a manner that causes conversion to delta-9 THC.

INDIVIDUAL EFFECTS MAY VARY

Cannabis and cannabinoids may affect individuals differently.

An individual's experience may vary based on factors including:

Do not drive, operate machinery, operate a boat or other vehicle, or perform hazardous or safety-sensitive activities while impaired.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable impaired-driving and safety laws.

RESPONSIBLE ADULT USE

VI Exotics products should be used responsibly and only by eligible adults.

Individuals unfamiliar with cannabis or cannabinoid products should exercise particular caution.

Customers should not use or handle a product in a manner that:

  • Violates applicable law

  • Endangers themselves or another person

  • Conflicts with applicable warnings or instructions

  • Involves driving or hazardous activity while impaired

  • Provides access to minors

  • Constitutes unlawful resale, transfer, or distribution

Nothing in VI Exotics product information should be interpreted as a recommendation that a customer consume any particular amount or use a product through any particular method.

OVERCONSUMPTION & UNEXPECTED EFFECTS

Using greater amounts of a cannabinoid product may increase or prolong unwanted, intoxicating, or impairing effects.

Effects may differ from prior experiences and may vary among products and batches.

If a person experiences severe, unexpected, or concerning symptoms after using a product, they should discontinue use and seek appropriate medical assistance when warranted.

VI Exotics cannabis flower and other adult-use products are not intended for animal consumption.

Products should be kept securely away from pets and other animals unless a particular product is specifically intended and lawfully marketed for animal use.

If a pet or animal accidentally consumes a VI Exotics product, contact a veterinarian or appropriate animal poison-control resource promptly.

PREGNANCY & BREASTFEEDING

VI Exotics products should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Customers should not knowingly transport VI Exotics products into a jurisdiction where possession or transportation of the applicable product is prohibited.

AIR TRAVEL CRUISES & OTHER TRANSPORTATION

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable law and the rules of airlines, airports, cruise lines, vessels, transportation providers, lodging providers, governmental authorities, and other applicable third parties when traveling with a cannabis or cannabinoid product.

VI Exotics does not represent or guarantee that any particular product may lawfully or practically be:

  • Carried through an airport

  • Transported aboard an aircraft

  • Carried aboard a cruise ship

  • Transported across a state or territorial border

  • Transported internationally

  • Carried into a particular venue or property

  • Transported through another controlled facility

The fact that a product was lawfully purchased or received in one location does not mean that it may lawfully be transported into, through, or possessed in every other location.

Customers should determine the requirements applicable to their intended transportation before traveling with a product.

STORAGE

Products should be stored securely and, where practical, kept in their original packaging.

VI Exotics is not responsible for deterioration or changes resulting from improper storage, handling, contamination, or environmental exposure after a product leaves our control, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

DO NOT RESELL OR TRANSFER UNLAWFULLY

Purchase or receipt from VI Exotics does not independently authorize resale, redistribution, commercial distribution, or transfer.

Products obtained from VI Exotics may not be knowingly sold, supplied, transferred, distributed, or otherwise provided to:

  • A person under 21

  • A person legally prohibited from receiving the product

  • A destination where the applicable transfer or distribution is unlawful

Customers are responsible for complying with laws governing possession, transfer, transportation, resale, redistribution, and use.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & LABORATORY DOCUMENTATION

NO WAIVER OF NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS

Nothing in this disclaimer eliminates, limits, restricts, or requires a customer to waive any legal right, remedy, consumer protection, warranty, duty, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or waived.
