VI Exotics products are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older and should be used only where lawful.
Hemp & Cannabinoid Products
VI Exotics may offer hemp-derived flower and other lawful hemp products containing naturally occurring cannabinoids, including THCa.
Cannabinoid content varies by product and batch. Customers should review the applicable product information, compliance label, and Certificate of Analysis before use.
THCa may convert to delta-9 THC when exposed to heat through a process commonly known as decarboxylation.
As a result, products containing THCa may produce intoxicating or impairing effects when heated, smoked, vaporized, or otherwise consumed in a manner that converts THCa to THC.
Individual Effects May Vary
Cannabinoids may affect individuals differently.
Effects may vary based on factors including the product, cannabinoid concentration, amount used, method of use, individual tolerance, body chemistry, medications, food intake, and prior cannabinoid exposure.

Do not use a product in a manner that violates applicable law, product instructions, age restrictions, or reasonable safety practices.
Keep Away From Children
VI Exotics products are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older.
Products should be stored securely and kept out of the reach and sight of children and minors.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate control over products in their possession and for preventing access by anyone under 21.
Pets & Animals
Cannabinoid products should be kept away from pets and other animals unless a product is specifically formulated and lawfully marketed for animal use.
VI Exotics flower and other adult-use products are not intended for animal consumption.

A product's packaging, Certificate of Analysis, or availability from VI Exotics does not guarantee that law-enforcement officers, transportation providers, employers, property owners, or other third parties will treat the product in a particular manner.
Customers should not transport VI Exotics products into jurisdictions where possession or transportation is prohibited.
Air Travel & Transportation
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and carrier or transportation-provider rules when traveling with cannabinoid products.
VI Exotics does not guarantee that any product may legally or practically be carried through an airport, aboard an aircraft, on a cruise ship, across a border, or through another transportation facility.
The fact that a product was lawfully obtained does not necessarily mean it may be transported into every destination.
Alcohol & Other Substances
Combining cannabinoid products with alcohol, prescription medications, recreational substances, or other products that may cause impairment can increase or alter their effects.
Customers should exercise caution and seek appropriate professional guidance where necessary.
Storage

Customers should follow any storage instructions appearing on the product packaging.
Do Not Resell or Transfer Unlawfully
Products obtained from VI Exotics should not be sold, transferred, supplied, or provided to minors or to any person prohibited from possessing them.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws governing possession, transfer, resale, transportation, and use.
Purchase from VI Exotics does not independently authorize resale or commercial distribution.

Customers should review the product information and Certificate of Analysis corresponding to the specific batch or lot they receive.
