These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VIExotics.com, communications with Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC, requests for access, purchases, and any products or services provided by Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC (“VI Exotics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing VIExotics.com, requesting access, communicating with VI Exotics regarding products or services, placing an order, completing a purchase, accepting a shipment or delivery, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase products or use VI Exotics services.
About VI Exotics
VI Exotics is operated by Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC.
VI Exotics specializes in premium hemp-derived flower and related products containing naturally occurring cannabinoids, including THCa.
Our website may function primarily as an informational and access-request platform rather than a traditional public ecommerce storefront.
Products, selections, pricing, availability, and purchasing opportunities may be provided privately or by request and may not always be displayed publicly on VIExotics.com.
Eligibility
VI Exotics products are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older.
You may not request, purchase, receive, or accept delivery of VI Exotics products if you are under 21.
By requesting product access, attempting to purchase a product, completing a purchase, or accepting a shipment or delivery, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase and possess the applicable product.
VI Exotics may require age or identity verification at any stage of a transaction.

Requesting Access
Contacting VI Exotics, submitting an access request, receiving a private link, communicating with our team, or otherwise requesting information does not guarantee access to any product.
Access may depend on age verification, product availability, destination, applicable law, compliance requirements, service availability, and other legitimate business considerations.
VI Exotics reserves the right to approve, restrict, suspend, or decline access where reasonably appropriate.
Private Access & Links
Certain product information, selections, pricing, or purchasing opportunities may be made available through private links or other restricted-access methods.
A private link does not guarantee continued availability of any product or create a contractual right to purchase.

Product Availability

VI Exotics may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify selections, restrict availability, or decline fulfilment when reasonably necessary.
Product availability may also vary by destination because hemp and cannabinoid laws differ between jurisdictions.
Hemp & THCa Compliance
VI Exotics intends to offer products only where we determine that doing so is permitted under applicable law and our internal compliance standards.
Hemp and cannabinoid laws may differ between federal, state, territorial, and local jurisdictions and may change over time.
A product's availability in one jurisdiction does not mean that it is lawful or available in every jurisdiction.

Product availability for sale, delivery, pickup, distribution, or other fulfilment within the U.S. Virgin Islands is subject to applicable Virgin Islands laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and regulatory conditions in effect at the time of the transaction.
Access to VIExotics.com or communication with VI Exotics does not guarantee that a particular product is currently available for lawful local fulfilment.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for determining whether they are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, use, transport, or otherwise handle a product in their jurisdiction.
You agree not to use VI Exotics products or services for unlawful purposes or to request shipment or delivery intended to circumvent applicable geographic restrictions.
VI Exotics does not provide legal advice to customers regarding their individual circumstances.
Product Information
VI Exotics makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information.
However, hemp flower is a natural agricultural product, and appearance, aroma, color, density, moisture, cannabinoid concentration, terpene profile, and other characteristics may naturally vary between strains and batches.
Photographs, descriptions, and other representations are intended to provide general product information and may not perfectly represent every individual product or batch.
Laboratory Testing & COAs
VI Exotics may provide batch-specific laboratory documentation and Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) associated with applicable products.
Customers should review the COA and compliance information associated with the specific batch or lot they receive.
Laboratory testing does not independently establish that a product is lawful for every person, purpose, or jurisdiction.

Pricing
Prices may change without prior notice unless a price has already been confirmed as part of an accepted transaction.
Private access, communications, advertisements, or product information do not guarantee that a product remains available at a particular price indefinitely.
VI Exotics reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical, or technical errors before fulfilment.
If a material pricing error affects an order, VI Exotics may contact the customer for approval of the corrected amount or cancel and appropriately refund the affected transaction.
Taxes & Charges
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, or other lawful fees may be added to a transaction where required or appropriate.
Customers are responsible for charges disclosed and accepted as part of their transaction.
Payments
VI Exotics may use third-party payment processors or payment services to facilitate transactions.
Availability of a payment method does not guarantee that every transaction will be approved.
Payments may be declined, held, reviewed, cancelled, or refunded when necessary to address fraud, verification, compliance, technical, or payment-processing concerns.
VI Exotics is not responsible for independent policies or actions of a customer's bank, card issuer, or third-party payment provider.
Order Acceptance
Submitting payment or an order does not necessarily mean that VI Exotics has accepted the transaction for fulfilment.
Orders may be reviewed for product availability, age eligibility, destination eligibility, payment verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and other legitimate considerations.
VI Exotics reserves the right to decline or cancel an order before fulfilment when reasonably necessary.
Where an order is cancelled by VI Exotics and will not be fulfilled, applicable amounts will be handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery availability depend on destination, applicable law, carrier availability, product eligibility, and VI Exotics operations.
VI Exotics does not guarantee that every product can be shipped or delivered to every location.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Risk During Transportation
Shipments may be subject to delays, inspections, carrier procedures, governmental actions, weather events, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside VI Exotics' reasonable control.
Hemp flower may resemble marijuana in appearance or aroma. Product packaging, labeling, or laboratory documentation does not guarantee that a shipment will never be questioned, inspected, delayed, or detained.
Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because VI Exotics products may include consumable, sealed, hemp-derived, and age-restricted products, certain products may be final sale after fulfilment.
Eligibility for cancellation, return, replacement, credit, or refund is governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.
Responsible Use
VI Exotics products should be used responsibly and only by adults 21 years of age or older.
Cannabinoid products may cause intoxicating or impairing effects depending on the product and manner of use.
Customers should not drive, operate machinery, operate a boat or other vehicle, or engage in hazardous activities while impaired.

Drug Testing
Use of hemp-derived cannabinoid products may result in a positive drug test for THC or THC metabolites.
VI Exotics does not guarantee that any product will produce a negative drug-test result.
Customers subject to drug-testing requirements assume responsibility for considering this possibility before using cannabinoid products.
No Medical Advice
Nothing provided by VI Exotics through its website, product information, packaging, laboratory documentation, customer communications, marketing materials, or other content constitutes medical advice.
VI Exotics products are not marketed as intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Customers should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding personal medical questions.
FDA Disclaimer
VI Exotics products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
Product information, laboratory testing, Certificates of Analysis, QR codes, or other documentation should not be interpreted as FDA approval, certification, authorization, or endorsement.
Prohibited Conduct
When accessing viexotics.com or interacting with VI Exotics, you may not:
- Use our website, products, or services for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Misrepresent your age, identity, eligibility, or location
- Use false, altered, stolen, or fraudulent identification
- Purchase or attempt to obtain products for a minor
- Attempt to circumvent jurisdictional, age, access, quantity, or other compliance restrictions
- Provide materially false payment, shipping, or delivery information
- Interfere with the operation or security of VIExotics.com
- Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to our systems

- Use VI Exotics branding, trademarks, photographs, designs, packaging, or other intellectual property without permission

VI Exotics may restrict or discontinue access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Intellectual Property
viexotics.com and its original content, including VI Exotics names, logos, branding, graphics, packaging designs, photographs, written content, website design elements, and other materials, may be protected by trademark, copyright, trade-dress, or other intellectual-property laws.
Except where permitted by law, no VI Exotics intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, publicly displayed, commercially exploited, or used to create confusingly similar branding without authorization.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of VI Exotics intellectual property to any customer or website visitor.
Third-Party Services
VI Exotics may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, communications providers, analytics services, social-media platforms, or other service providers.
VI Exotics does not control all aspects of third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or actions.

VI Exotics will not be responsible for losses resulting from a customer's unlawful use, unauthorized resale, improper storage, misuse, transportation into a prohibited jurisdiction, failure to follow safety information, or use while impaired.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC, together with its owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our services or products, your material violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
This provision does not require indemnification where prohibited by applicable law.

Mandatory consumer-protection laws or other rights applicable in a customer's jurisdiction remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, customers are encouraged to contact VI Exotics first so that we have a reasonable opportunity to address the matter directly.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Any dispute-resolution procedure, forum-selection requirement, arbitration provision, or waiver of court rights will apply only if separately and validly established in accordance with applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Waiver
VI Exotics' failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not necessarily waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and disclaimers incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable agreement between the customer and Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC concerning use of our website, access process, products, and related services, except where separate written terms expressly apply.
