These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of viexotics.com, communications with Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC, requests for access, purchases, and products or services provided by Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC (“VI Exotics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing viexotics.com, requesting access, communicating with VI Exotics regarding products or services, placing an order, completing a purchase, accepting a shipment, delivery, or pickup, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase products or use VI Exotics services.

ABOUT VI EXOTICS

VI Exotics is operated by Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC.

VI Exotics specializes in premium cannabis flower and related cannabinoid products.

viexotics.com may operate primarily as an informational and access-request platform rather than a traditional public ecommerce storefront.

Products, selections, pricing, availability, and purchasing opportunities may be provided privately or by request and may not always be displayed publicly.

21+ ELIGIBILITY

VI Exotics products are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older.

You may not request, purchase, receive, or accept delivery or pickup of VI Exotics products if you are under 21.

By requesting product access, attempting to purchase a product, completing a purchase, or accepting a shipment, delivery, or pickup, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally eligible to complete the applicable transaction.

VI Exotics may require age or identity verification at any stage of a transaction or fulfillment process.

VI Exotics may refuse access, sale, shipment, delivery, pickup, or release when applicable age or identity requirements cannot be satisfactorily completed.

CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS

By requesting access to or purchasing a VI Exotics product, you represent, to the extent applicable to the transaction, that:

  • You satisfy the applicable age requirements

  • Information you provide is complete and materially accurate

  • You are legally eligible to receive the applicable product

  • You are not purchasing or obtaining the product for a minor

  • You are not knowingly acting for a person prohibited from receiving the product

  • You are not attempting to circumvent a geographic, regulatory, age, identity, quantity, shipping, delivery, or other compliance restriction

  • You will comply with laws applicable to your receipt, possession, transportation, transfer, and use of the product

VI Exotics may rely on these representations unless we have reason to believe they are inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise insufficient for compliance purposes.

REQUESTING ACCESS

Contacting VI Exotics, submitting an access request, receiving a private link, communicating with our team, or otherwise requesting product information does not guarantee access to any product or purchasing opportunity.

Access may depend on age eligibility, product availability, destination, applicable requirements, compliance review, service availability, and other legitimate business considerations.

VI Exotics reserves the right to approve, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or decline access when reasonably appropriate.

PRIVATE ACCESS & LINKS

Certain product information, selections, pricing, or purchasing opportunities may be made available through private links or other restricted-access methods.

A private link does not guarantee continued availability of any product, constitute acceptance of an order, or create a contractual right to purchase.

VI Exotics may modify, expire, restrict, disable, or replace private-access methods when reasonably appropriate.

Customers may not share or use private-access systems for fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, unauthorized, or circumvention purposes.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability and applicable compliance requirements.

Receiving information about a product does not guarantee that the product will remain available or eligible for fulfillment.

VI Exotics may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify selections, restrict jurisdictions, or decline fulfillment when reasonably necessary.

Product availability may vary based on destination, product classification, composition, laboratory documentation, regulatory requirements, licensing or permitting requirements, carrier requirements, fulfillment method, and VI Exotics compliance standards.

PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION & LEGAL ELIGIBILITY

Product classification and transaction eligibility are separate determinations.

Where relevant, VI Exotics may evaluate product classification under applicable federal law, including 7 U.S.C. § 1639o and 21 U.S.C. § 802(16), together with applicable federal regulations and state, territorial, Tribal, and local requirements.

References to statutes, regulations, classifications, concentration standards, or other legal requirements mean the applicable provisions as amended and in effect at the relevant time.

A product's classification under federal law does not independently establish that the product may lawfully be sold, shipped, delivered, distributed, possessed, transported, or used in every jurisdiction.

VI Exotics intends to offer, sell, ship, deliver, or otherwise provide products only where we determine that the applicable activity is permitted and consistent with applicable requirements and VI Exotics compliance standards.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation or warranty that every VI Exotics product is lawful, available, or eligible for fulfillment in every jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms alters the legal classification of a product or authorizes any transaction or activity otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS

Product availability for local sale, delivery, pickup, distribution, or other fulfillment within the U.S. Virgin Islands is determined separately from availability for shipment elsewhere.

Local fulfillment is subject to applicable Virgin Islands law, regulations, licensing or permitting requirements, and regulatory conditions in effect at the time of the applicable transaction and fulfillment.

Access to viexotics.com, communication with VI Exotics, or availability of a product elsewhere does not guarantee that the same product is currently available or eligible for local fulfillment within the Virgin Islands.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION & RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must provide complete and accurate information concerning age, identity, shipping or delivery destination, payment information, and other information reasonably requested for transaction, verification, or compliance purposes.

Customers are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their purchase, receipt, possession, transportation, transfer, and use of VI Exotics products.

You may not use VI Exotics products or services for unlawful purposes or knowingly request shipment or delivery intended to circumvent applicable geographic or compliance restrictions.

VI Exotics does not provide individualized legal advice concerning a customer's particular circumstances.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

VI Exotics makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information.

Cannabis flower is a natural agricultural product. Appearance, aroma, color, structure, density, moisture, cannabinoid concentration, terpene profile, and other characteristics may naturally vary between strains, harvests, batches, lots, samples, and individual portions.

Photographs, videos, descriptions, illustrations, and other representations are intended to provide product information but may not perfectly represent every individual product or batch.

Product descriptions, strain names, laboratory values, imagery, customer experiences, or other product information do not guarantee a particular subjective experience, effect, intensity, onset, duration, or perceived potency.

WEBSITE IMAGERY & BRAND REPRESENTATION

Cannabis leaves, botanical symbols, illustrations, animations, photographs, videos, packaging concepts, lifestyle visuals, and other creative elements appearing on viexotics.com or in VI Exotics materials may be used for branding, design, education, identification, or general product-category representation.

The appearance of a cannabis leaf, cannabis-related symbol, or similar botanical imagery does not, by itself, represent that the depicted item is cannabis flower, marijuana, an intoxicating product, or a product offered for sale in any particular jurisdiction.

Website and marketing imagery does not independently establish a product's identity, composition, cannabinoid content, legal classification, availability, or eligibility for sale, shipment, delivery, pickup, possession, or other fulfillment.

Actual product identity, composition, classification, availability, and jurisdictional eligibility are determined by the applicable product information, labeling, transaction details, laboratory documentation where relevant, and applicable law.

LABORATORY TESTING & COAs

VI Exotics may maintain or provide access to batch- or lot-specific laboratory documentation and Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) associated with applicable products.

Laboratory documentation may originate from independent third-party laboratories and may be associated with an applicable source batch.

VI Exotics may assign internal lot identifiers while maintaining traceability to applicable source-batch documentation.

Customers should review the COA and product information associated with the specific batch or lot they receive.

Laboratory documentation reflects analytical findings associated with the applicable tested sample.

A COA, laboratory result, QR code, product label, batch identifier, or other documentation does not independently determine or guarantee that a product is lawful for every person, purpose, activity, destination, or jurisdiction.

PRICING

Prices may change without prior notice unless a price has already been confirmed as part of an accepted transaction, subject to applicable law.

Private access, communications, advertisements, product information, or previous pricing do not guarantee that a product remains available at a particular price.

VI Exotics reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical, technical, or system errors before fulfillment.

If a material pricing error affects a transaction, VI Exotics may contact the customer regarding the corrected amount or cancel the affected transaction and handle applicable amounts in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.

TAXES & CHARGES

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, or other lawful fees may be added to a transaction where required or appropriate.

Customers are responsible for charges properly disclosed and accepted as part of their transaction.

PAYMENTS

VI Exotics may use third-party payment processors or payment services to facilitate transactions.

Availability, authorization, or processing of a payment method does not itself guarantee acceptance or fulfillment of a transaction.

Payments or transactions may be declined, held, reviewed, cancelled, reversed, or refunded when reasonably necessary to address fraud, verification, compliance, technical, payment-processing, or legal concerns.

VI Exotics is not responsible for the independent policies, decisions, outages, or actions of a customer's financial institution, card issuer, payment provider, or other third-party payment service, except to the extent required by applicable law.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising a lawful payment-dispute, chargeback, or consumer-protection right.

Customers may not knowingly initiate or assist with a false, fraudulent, materially misleading, or abusive payment dispute or chargeback.

VI Exotics may provide transaction records, communications, delivery or shipping records, verification information, or other relevant documentation to a payment processor or financial institution when reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute and permitted by applicable law.

ORDER REVIEW & CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order, request, payment, or other transaction information does not by itself constitute acceptance of the transaction by VI Exotics.

An automated confirmation, payment authorization, payment receipt, access link, or acknowledgment that information has been received does not by itself mean that VI Exotics has approved the transaction for fulfillment unless expressly stated otherwise.

Transactions may be reviewed for:

  • Product availability

  • Age eligibility

  • Identity verification

  • Destination eligibility

  • Payment verification

  • Fraud prevention

  • Product classification

  • Applicable legal or regulatory requirements

  • Laboratory or documentation requirements

  • Carrier or fulfillment requirements

  • Other legitimate compliance or business considerations

Unless applicable law or transaction-specific written terms require otherwise, VI Exotics accepts a purchase transaction when VI Exotics expressly confirms acceptance or commences approved fulfillment of the transaction.

VI Exotics reserves the right to delay, decline, restrict, or cancel a transaction before fulfillment when reasonably necessary.

VI Exotics may request additional information or documentation before approving fulfillment.

Where VI Exotics declines or cancels a transaction that will not be fulfilled, applicable amounts will be handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.

SHIPPING DELIVERY & PICKUP

Shipping, delivery, and pickup availability depend on destination, applicable law, regulatory requirements, carrier availability, product eligibility, age requirements, documentation requirements, and VI Exotics operations.

VI Exotics does not guarantee that every product can be shipped, delivered, picked up, or otherwise fulfilled in every location.

Shipping, processing, and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

TRANSPORTATION & THIRD-PARTY REVIEW

Products and shipments may be subject to delays, inspections, carrier procedures, governmental actions, regulatory review, weather events, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside VI Exotics' reasonable control.

Products that satisfy one legal classification may resemble products subject to different classifications or restrictions in appearance, aroma, texture, packaging, or other characteristics.

Product packaging, labeling, laboratory documentation, COAs, QR codes, compliance information, or other documentation may support identification and traceability but do not guarantee that a product or shipment will never be inspected, questioned, delayed, detained, returned, or otherwise reviewed.

VI Exotics cannot guarantee how a carrier, governmental authority, law-enforcement agency, employer, property owner, transportation provider, or other third party will interpret, classify, restrict, or respond to a particular product.

RETURNS REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Certain VI Exotics products may be consumable, sealed, perishable, age-restricted, or otherwise unsuitable for return after fulfillment.

Eligibility for cancellation, return, replacement, credit, or refund is governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.

RESPONSIBLE USE

VI Exotics products are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older and should be used responsibly and only where lawful.

Cannabis and cannabinoid products may produce intoxicating, impairing, or other effects depending on product composition, individual circumstances, and manner of use.

Customers should not drive, operate machinery, operate a boat or other vehicle, or engage in hazardous or safety-sensitive activities while impaired.

Products should be securely stored away from children, minors, pets, and other unauthorized persons.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable safety warnings and responsible-use information.

DRUG TESTING

Use of cannabis or cannabinoid products may result in a positive drug test for THC, THC metabolites, or other tested substances.

A product's legal classification, laboratory documentation, cannabinoid profile, labeling, or lawful availability does not guarantee a negative drug-test result.

VI Exotics makes no representation or guarantee that any product will produce a negative drug-test result.

Customers subject to workplace, athletic, governmental, military, probationary, medical, licensing, or other drug-testing requirements are responsible for considering those requirements before using a product.

NO MEDICAL ADVICE

Nothing provided by VI Exotics through its website, product information, packaging, laboratory documentation, customer communications, marketing materials, educational materials, or other content constitutes individualized medical advice.

VI Exotics does not market its products as intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Customers with medical questions should consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional.

FDA DISCLAIMER

VI Exotics products are not marketed as FDA-approved products for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.

Product information, laboratory testing, Certificates of Analysis, QR codes, product classification, compliance documentation, packaging, labeling, or other VI Exotics materials do not constitute or imply FDA approval, certification, authorization, or endorsement.

NO UNAUTHORIZED RESALE OR DISTRIBUTION

A purchase or receipt of a VI Exotics product does not independently authorize resale, redistribution, commercial distribution, or other regulated activity.

Customers may not knowingly resell, distribute, transfer, or otherwise provide a VI Exotics product in violation of applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents an appropriately authorized retailer, distributor, licensee, or other business from engaging in activities expressly permitted under a separate written agreement or authorization and applicable law.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

When accessing viexotics.com, requesting access, purchasing products, or otherwise interacting with VI Exotics, you may not:

  • Use our website, products, or services for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • Misrepresent your age, identity, eligibility, destination, or location

  • Use false, altered, stolen, or fraudulent identification

  • Purchase, obtain, or attempt to provide VI Exotics products for a minor

  • Obtain products on behalf of a person legally prohibited from receiving them

  • Attempt to circumvent jurisdictional, age, access, quantity, verification, shipping, delivery, or other compliance restrictions

  • Intentionally provide materially false payment, shipping, delivery, or transaction information

  • Use private-access links or systems without authorization

  • Intentionally redirect products into a jurisdiction where the applicable activity is prohibited

  • Engage in unauthorized resale, distribution, or diversion

  • Interfere with the operation or security of viexotics.com

  • Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to our systems

  • Scrape, reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization or other lawful basis

  • Use VI Exotics branding, trademarks, photographs, artwork, designs, packaging, or other intellectual property without authorization or other legal right

  • Engage in fraud, fraudulent chargebacks, harassment, threats, or other unlawful or abusive conduct toward VI Exotics or persons acting on its behalf

VI Exotics may restrict, suspend, or discontinue access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially violated or when reasonably necessary to protect VI Exotics, its customers, third parties, or compliance obligations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

viexotics.com and VI Exotics' original content, including names, logos, branding, original characters, artwork, animations, audiovisual materials, graphics, packaging designs, photographs, written content, and website design elements, may be protected by applicable trademark, copyright, trade-dress, or other intellectual-property laws.

VI Exotics™ and associated branding are claimed as trademarks of Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC to the extent applicable.

Use of the ™ symbol does not represent that a mark is federally registered unless expressly identified as registered.

Except where permitted by law, no VI Exotics intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, publicly displayed, commercially exploited, or used to create confusingly similar branding without authorization.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of VI Exotics intellectual property to a customer or website visitor.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

VI Exotics may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, communications providers, hosting providers, analytics services, social-media platforms, verification services, laboratories, fulfillment providers, or other service providers.

VI Exotics does not control all aspects of third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms, privacy practices, availability, security, decisions, or actions except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

VI Exotics does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to viexotics.com or any private-access system.

We may update, maintain, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or modify website functionality when reasonably necessary.

VI Exotics is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, hosting providers, internet failures, cybersecurity incidents, third-party systems, governmental actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except to the extent required by applicable law.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VI Exotics is not responsible for delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, which may include:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • Hurricanes, storms, flooding, or other emergencies

  • Carrier interruptions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Utility or telecommunications failures

  • Cybersecurity incidents

  • Labor disruptions

  • Governmental actions

  • Regulatory intervention

  • Changes in applicable law

  • Supply-chain interruptions

  • Third-party service failures

  • Other events that VI Exotics could not reasonably prevent or control

VI Exotics may delay, modify, suspend, or cancel affected fulfillment when reasonably necessary in response to such circumstances.

Nothing in this section eliminates refund, consumer-protection, or other obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, viexotics.com and related informational and access services are provided on an “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, except for warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

VI Exotics does not guarantee that the website or private-access systems will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from every harmful component.

VI Exotics does not warrant or guarantee a particular subjective product experience, effect, perceived potency, third-party treatment, laboratory outcome beyond the applicable documentation, or legal eligibility outside the circumstances specifically reviewed for the applicable transaction.

Product-specific representations expressly made by VI Exotics and warranties, remedies, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of viexotics.com, VI Exotics services, products, shipping, delivery, pickup, or related communications where such damages may lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VI Exotics will not be responsible for losses or consequences resulting from:

  • A customer's unlawful use or intentional misuse

  • Unauthorized resale, distribution, or transfer

  • Improper storage, handling, or contamination after fulfillment

  • Transportation into a prohibited jurisdiction

  • Intentional circumvention of applicable restrictions

  • Fraudulent or materially inaccurate customer information

  • Failure to follow applicable safety information

  • Use while impaired

  • Violation of applicable third-party restrictions

  • Circumstances outside VI Exotics' reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, consumer protections, duties, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC, together with its owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, and reasonable expenses, including reasonable legal fees where recoverable, arising from:

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use of VI Exotics products or services

  • Your material violation of these Terms

  • Your intentional circumvention of applicable restrictions

  • Your fraudulent or materially misleading information or conduct

  • Your unauthorized resale, distribution, or diversion of a product

  • Your violation of another person's rights

This provision does not require indemnification where prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law.

PRIVACY

Information collected through viexotics.com and VI Exotics services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Certain third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy practices and policies.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By communicating with VI Exotics electronically, including through email, text message, website forms, private-access systems, or other electronic methods, you consent to receiving communications reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to your request

  • Administer a transaction

  • Provide customer service

  • Conduct age, identity, payment, or compliance verification

  • Communicate shipping, delivery, pickup, or fulfillment information

  • Provide important information relating to your interaction with VI Exotics

Marketing communications will be handled separately in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES IN LAW

Cannabis, cannabinoid, product-classification, testing, labeling, packaging, shipping, transportation, and product-availability laws and regulations may change.

A product, destination, fulfillment method, or transaction that is eligible at one time may subsequently become restricted or unavailable.

VI Exotics may modify product classification, availability, destination eligibility, documentation requirements, verification procedures, packaging or labeling requirements, shipping or delivery practices, or other compliance procedures when reasonably necessary to respond to changes in applicable law, regulations, regulatory guidance, enforcement conditions, or other applicable requirements.

If applicable requirements change before fulfillment is completed, VI Exotics may delay, modify, restrict, decline, or cancel the affected transaction as reasonably necessary.

COMPLIANCE TAKES PRIORITY

VI Exotics reserves the right to delay, restrict, refuse, suspend, modify, or cancel product access, transactions, shipping, delivery, pickup, release, or other fulfillment when reasonably necessary to address a legal, regulatory, licensing, documentation, carrier, safety, fraud-prevention, or compliance concern.

VI Exotics may request additional information or documentation and may apply compliance standards that are more conservative than the minimum requirements of a particular jurisdiction.

Compliance takes priority over completing a transaction.

GOVERNING LAW

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes arising from your relationship with Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC will be governed by the laws applicable in the United States Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory consumer-protection laws, jurisdictional requirements, or other rights applicable to a customer remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived or displaced by agreement.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises, customers are encouraged to contact VI Exotics first so that we have a reasonable opportunity to address the matter directly.

Nothing in these Terms makes contacting VI Exotics a condition to exercising a legal right or remedy where such a condition would be prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

No arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, mandatory forum-selection clause, or other waiver of court rights is created by these Terms unless separately and validly established in accordance with applicable law.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible where appropriate, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

NO WAIVER

VI Exotics' failure or delay in enforcing a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.

A waiver is effective only to the extent expressly provided and does not constitute a continuing waiver unless expressly stated.

RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between a customer and VI Exotics.

A customer does not have authority to bind Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC or make representations on its behalf.

NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES

Except for persons expressly identified as entitled to protection or indemnification under these Terms, these Terms are intended for the benefit of VI Exotics and the applicable customer and do not create enforceable rights in an unrelated third party except where applicable law provides otherwise.

ASSIGNMENT

Customers may not transfer or assign rights or obligations arising under these Terms where doing so would circumvent applicable restrictions or without VI Exotics' consent where consent may lawfully be required.

VI Exotics may assign or transfer its rights or obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, financing, reorganization, or other legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable law.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies and disclaimers incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable agreement between the customer and Virgin Islands Exotics, LLC concerning use of our website, access process, products, and related services, except where separate written terms expressly apply.

The incorporated policies include:

  • Product Compliance Policy

  • Age Requirement & ID Verification Policy

  • Shipping, Delivery & Jurisdiction Policy

  • Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

  • Lab Testing & COA Policy

  • Product Standards & Quality Policy

  • Product & Responsible Use Disclaimer

  • Privacy Policy

Separate wholesale, retailer, distributor, licensing, manufacturing, fulfillment, collaboration, or other business agreements are governed by their own terms where applicable.

ORDER OF PRECEDENCE

These Terms and incorporated VI Exotics policies should be interpreted together whenever reasonably possible.

Where an incorporated policy addresses a subject in greater detail, the more specific provision should apply to that subject to the extent it does not conflict with these Terms or applicable law.

If a specific transaction or business relationship is governed by additional written terms expressly accepted by VI Exotics and the applicable party, those transaction-specific terms may control that transaction to the extent of an unavoidable conflict.

Nothing in this section overrides rights or requirements that cannot lawfully be modified by agreement.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

VI Exotics may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, product classifications, products, services, technology, fulfillment methods, compliance standards, or business practices.

Changes become effective when posted or on any later effective date identified by VI Exotics, subject to applicable law.

Material changes will not retroactively alter a completed transaction where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
